Shipping Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom and engraved items are processed and shipped within 2 weeks. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but typically orders are delivered within 5-7 business days after they are shipped.

US.Domestic Shipping - First Class
Shipping takes 2-5 business days via USPS First Class Certified Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

US.Domestic Shipping - Priority
Shipping takes 2-3 business days via USPS First Class Certified Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

International Shipping - Standard
All shipping outside the US is via USPS International First Class Mail and normally takes 2-3 weeks, but may take longer depending on your areas customs. All taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Shipping - Priority
All shipping outside the US is via USPS International Priority Mail and normally takes 7-10 business days, but may take longer depending on your areas customs. All taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Shipping - Express
All shipping outside the US is via USPS International Express Mail and normally takes 5 business days, but may take longer depending on your areas customs. All taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

EXchanges and REturns

All sales are final. We offer exchanges and refunds on un-worn and non-personalized jewelry and objects within 7 days of deliver. Shipping is not included in returns.

We do not refund lost orders. Please understand that once it leaves our hands it is now in the responsibility of the US Postal Service to get it to you safely. For an additional cost you may add insurance to your item.
